No — FitMe Wellness is not affiliated with any mobile app or subscription service.
If you are seeing charges for something called “FitMe – Lazy Workout at Home” or from FitMe Health / Gismart, Limited / Extramile Limited, that is a completely separate company based overseas. We are a locally owned fitness center in Rockford, Illinois and do not offer or bill for any apps or digital subscriptions. Our business is conducted 100% in person at our location in Northern Illinois.
We cannot cancel the subscription for you, but you may try the following:
If you subscribed through the App Store (iOS):
To cancel the subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription labeled FitMe or Lazy Workout at Home.
- Tap it, then tap Cancel Subscription.
To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Locate the FitMe app charge in your purchase history.
- Click Report a Problem next to the charge.
- Select "I didn’t mean to purchase this" or a relevant option, and follow the prompts.
If you subscribed through Google Play (Android):
To cancel the subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right), then tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find the FitMe app subscription and tap Cancel.
To request a refund:
- Visit the Google Play refund page: play.google.com.
- Sign in with your Google account.
- Locate the purchase and select Request a refund or Report a problem.
- Choose a reason and submit the request.
If you need additional support, we recommend contacting Apple Support or Google Support directly, as FitMe Wellness does not have access to your app store subscriptions.
