Wipe the sleep from your eyes with your sweat towel! This class combines full-body resistance training with intervals of cardio under Tracy’s expert tutelage. A variety of equipment will be utilized and active recovery will be built in for an efficient, easy-to-follow conditioning class. You will be challenged, but modifications will be given for each exercise, so everyone can do it!
